What to have ready
None of this is essential, and all of it makes the first conversation more useful:
- roughly where on the island you are
- whether it is detached, semi detached or a condo
- which rooms, and whether anything is moving
- whether the basement is involved
- whether you have had work done before that we should know about
What happens next
If it sounds like a job for us we arrange a visit. We measure, look at where material can be staged, and check what we can see behind the walls. After that you get a written scope broken into parts, with a price against each one.
If we are not the right firm for your job we would rather say so early.
