Stoneva General Contractors works on Staten Island, from Victory Boulevard. Most of what we do is interior work in houses that people are living in: painting, renovation, kitchens, bathrooms and basements.
How we work
We price from a written scope, which means somebody comes and looks before you get a number, and the number arrives in parts you can compare and change. One person is responsible for your job and is who you call.
What we take on, and what we do not
We take on interior renovation, painting and plastering, kitchens, bathrooms, basements, carpentry and flooring.
We are not a design practice, and plumbing and electrical work is done by licensed trades we bring in and coordinate, which is how the law requires it. Structural work and anything needing an architect to file it is outside what we take on alone, and we say so at the visit rather than after.
Where we work
Across Staten Island. The stock here is mostly detached and semi detached houses, which is a different job from the rest of the city and is the work this part of the business is set up for.
